What we like about Forester SUV is its standard AWD setup. Subaru offers a truly safe SUV with a robust appearance that is also functional and practical. This engine comes with a CVT transmission, and it produce 182 hp and 176 lb-ft of torque. On the other hand, STI trim level is making a comeback. This version will most likely introduce a more potent turbocharged engine.
A 2.0-liter turbo engine is the most likely option with 250 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. Unlike regular Forester, STI version will introduce manual gearbox. As for the fuel efficiency, Forester has been rated at 26 mpg in the city and 33 mpg on the highway. According to Subaru, fuel efficiency figures will be improved for 2021. Lastly, Forester SUV can tow up to 1500 pounds.
2021 Subaru Forester Price and Release Date
The price of the all-new 2021 Subaru Forester will start at around $30,000. A more aggressive Forester STI will cost $36,000.
