It looks like the jaguar is not the master of hiding. The upcoming 2021 Jaguar E-Pace has been spied once again, for the third time. This time, we are able to see more than ever before. Just like the F-Pace model, Jaguar E-Pace will get more or less the same facelift. Spy photos are showing a camouflaged E-Pace with significant updates. Both front and rear fascias are heavily redesigned.
Unfortunately, the rest of the vehicle remains intact. Thanks to that, we’ll be seeing new grille, headlights, and taillights. In terms of performance, E-Pace won’t get any type of upgrades. Interior photos are not available yet, but E-Pace will get the same refreshments as its F-Pace sibling.
2021 E-Pace Spy Shots
The latest batch of spy shots is showing more upgrades than the previous ones. New 2021 Jaguar E-Pace is getting a mid-cycle refreshment. On the other hand, expect some significant visual changes. Jaguar will deliver drastic upgrades to the front and rear parts. However, the rest of the SUV will remain. Under a heavy camo, E-Pace is showing a new grille.
The headlights seem to be updated and the front bumper is completely redesigned. The same story continues in the back. Changes are visible on the taillights and the lower bumper is getting a redesign as well. Camouflage is doing a good job at od hiding the rest of the vehicle. Still, we believe that the side profile will look the same as on the current model.
Interior Upgrades
Again, interior photos are not available. This is happening for the third time in a row. The approaching 2021 Jaguar E-Pace will surely get some sorts of upgrades. However, don’t expect drastic interior changes. Whatsoever, we could expect the same upgrades that you can see in the F-Pace model.
That includes new tech, a new infotainment system with bigger displays and more optional amenities. New upholstery is a possibility for this SUV. Overall, the interior is relatively fresh and E-Pace already looks premium. For that reason, you don’t have to worry about the comfort or interior’s modernity.
Jaguar Won’t Offer New Engine
Nothing will change under the bonnet. The forthcoming 2021 Jaguar E-Pace will continue to offer a 2.0-liter gasoline engine. This mill is producing up to 246 horsepower and 270 lb-ft of torque. Moreover, the P300 version with the same engine offers 296 hp and 270 lb-ft of twisting power. No matter which version you opt for, a 9-speed automatic transmission is available.
On top of that, the all-wheel-drive system is also in the offer. Currently, E-Pace provides 21 mpg in the city and 28 mpg on the highway. We still don’t know will Jaguar try to improve this area. The new powertrain is very unlikely but all-electric variant or plug-in hybrid model is a possibility.
2021 Jaguar E-Pace Arrival Date and Price
The price of the all-new 2021 Jaguar E-Pace will slightly increase. That means you can expect the price to start at around $43,000. If you want upper trim levels, you will end up paying $60,000.
Interestingly, Jaguar won’t release its new crossover-SUV this year. Whatsoever, the 2021 E-Pace will arrive in the first half of 2021.
