Suburban Offers Three Powertrain Options
The forthcoming 2021 Chevrolet Suburban comes with a pair of V8 engines and a single diesel powertrain option. All three outputs are using the same 10-speed automatic transmission. Moreover, the customers can choose between either rear or all-wheel-drive systems. A 5.3-liter V8 is a standard engine with 355 horsepower.
Whatsoever, this engine is standard on all trim levels except the High Country. This trim level uses a 6.2-liter V8 with 420 horsepower. Lastly, there is a 3.0-liter six-cylinder diesel engine. It generates 277 horses and up to 460 lb-ft of torque. Beside three engine options, Suburban offers adaptive dampers and an adjustable air suspension.
2021 Chevrolet Suburban Release Date, Price
As for the price, the next-gen 2021 Chevrolet Suburban will start at $53,000. The LT trim will cost $58,000 and RST around $61,000. The Z71 version is available for $63,000 and the range-topping High Country trim for $74,000. Chevy will launch its new model by the end of 2020.
