The all-new 2021 Bentley Bentayga will debut within months. Last August, we saw a first glimpse of the updated SUV. After that, we had an opportunity to see various spy photos. Today, we are ready for another batch of spy shots. This time, Bentayga SUV seems different, but heavy camouflage still hides most of the design.
We predict another mid-cycle refreshment, and that includes the updates inside the cabin. As for the performance, things should remain intact. Still, the latest reports are suggesting small improvements in terms of performance. Hopefully, Bentley will release the new 2021 Bentayga by the end of the year.
2021 Bentayga Spy Shots
The latest spy shots are showing numerous updates. However, 2021 Bentley Bentayga won’t receive any significant upgrade, at least from what we saw. Heavy camouflage isn’t helping at all. However, some parts are easy to spot, and changes are visible at first glance. Whatsoever, the new model looks almost the same as its predecessor. The layer of camouflage perfectly hides the front and rear ends.
On the other hand, the headlights are looking a bit smaller. The lower grille looks more pronounced, and the taillights are larger than before. Bentayga will continue to roll with its recognizable grille with massive intakes.
Spy photographs didn’t catch any of the interior details. Still, we believe the 2021 Bentley Bentayga will continue in the same manner as before. The only changes we expect are the changes in the technology department. Of course, minor design changes could happen, but we don’t know anything about that. The technology inside the cabin is impressive.
Luxury is everywhere, and it is one of the most premium SUVs ever. For that reason, there is no much to be changed. Comfort is superb, especially upfront. Still, the rear seats lack more legroom and adults will have problems on the back seats.
New Twin-Turbo V8 Engine
The forthcoming 2021 Bentley Bentayga could get small improvements under the bonnet. Its W12 engine will remain, and it will provide 600 horsepower. Moreover, this SUV has been rated at 664 lb-ft of torque. The power goes through an eight-speed automatic transmission. On top of that, Bentley offers AWD setup as standard.
The latest reports are saying that Bentley will make small changes to its W12 engine. The goal is to make it more friendly in terms of fuel efficiency. Bentayga will also get a new V8 twin-turbo engine with 542 hp and 570 lb-ft of torque. This engine will use the same transmission as the W12 variant. Diesel is not on the cards at the moment.
2021 Bentley Bentayga Price and Release Date
New 2021 Bentley Bentayga is a few months away. The world is moving back to its normal rhythm after the COVID-19 outbreak. For that reason, the sales should start this fall. The price will once again start at around $165,000. On the other hand, if you want a W12 engine, that will cost you over $250,000.
